UK Airport Cars Ltd fares are pre-quoted for all journeys.

Passengers’ bookings with UK Airport Cars will be allocated by the company to an individual driver who works as self-employed (Agent). The journey fare shall be collected by the company through online payment, card payment, bank transfer or cash in hand to drivers. The company is fully responsible for accepting the booking and providing the service.

passengers made any booking directly with the chauffeur / Drivers without UK Airport Cars booking system, the company is not liability for the journey.     

A chauffeur has the right to refuse any excess luggage of a passenger which he feels it would result in the vehicle being unsafe whilst in movement. Chauffeurs from UK Airport Cars Ltd do not accept responsibility for loss or damage to any luggage or property of the passenger carried in their vehicles, irrespective of the manner in which the loss or damage is sustained.

Any items / property found by drivers will be kept in a lost property file / locker and handed over to the identified passenger subject to further transport charges.   

Chauffeurs of UK Airport Cars are competent and drive the passengers on the most convenient and fastest route unless specifically instructed by the passenger subject to a minimum charge.

All our chauffeurs adopt a non-smoking policy. They will charge a violation fee of £50.00 for non-compliance, damage or fouling of their vehicle (e.g. human spillage/gush).

AIRPORT MEETING POINT: The driver will meet passengers at the arrival hall of the airport with a name board. We monitor all flight arrivals and there will be no charge involved for any flight delays or cancellations.

The waiting time for pickups other than at Airports (residential /business address) will be free for the first five minutes. Thereafter, 25pence per minute will apply on the entire waiting time. If anyadditional pickups / drop off required, passengers should contact the office.The minimum diversion charge is £5.00.

UK Airport Cars Ltd will not make any refunds to passengers who would take alternative transport on their own without contacting the office or waiting for the office to make alternative arrangements.

Car parking: Car parking fees are chargeable to the customer for collections at Airports, Seaports, International and domestic train terminals. 

Other charges: Airport terminal drop offcharges, barrier charges and some road toll charges are not included in our fares. These charges are variable therefore it has not been added to our company's website fare data. Hence, the drivers will charge separatelyby cash.

Child Seats: Infant, Child & Booster seats/cushions are available onpre-booked journeys at a cost of £5.00 per unit per trip.

Booking cancellations:  A minimum of three hours notice is required beforethe scheduled collection time of passengers in London / Greater London is cancelled. In areas outside London a minimum of six hours notice is required. Late cancellations may be subjected to a full charge.

Refunds for journeys paid by credit/debit card: Refunds for cancellations (within the cooling period) will be subjected to a minimum admin fee of £10.00.

VAT (value added tax) is not charged on cash payments made to drivers. Payments made via other methods will be subject to an administrative fee. 

Payments: UK Airport Cars Ltd accepts all major credit/debit cards, PayPaland will levy a processing fee of £3.00 per transaction. We do not accept credit/debit card payments in case of telephone bookings made for transfers on the same day. Only cash payments will be accepted on such bookings and payments should be made to the driver.

Delays: UK Airport Cars Ltd will not be responsible for missed flights or delays due to any of the following reasons: Road traffic, road accidents,road diversions, vehicle breakdowns, adverse weather conditions or any other unexpected circumstances. Passengers travelling to airports are advised to plan out their journey so that they arrive at the airport three hours prior to theflight departure.

Vehicles: All Saloon and Estate Cars are insured for a maximum of four passengers. Five to eight seater vehicles are also available.

Christmas Day surcharge: UK Airport Cars Ltd Chauffeurs reserve the right to levy a surcharge of 50% on fares on Christmas day and 25% onboxing day & New year day.

The company reserves the right to amend the Terms& Conditions at any time.
