UK Airport Cars Limited “24hr Super Shuttle Service” uses London based Airport Transfer service. We are a PCO licensed private hire operator, providing safe and punctual luxury vehicles for Airport transfers, businesses, tours and all other destinations within the UK.

UK Airport Cars’ prices are based on passengers being ready to travel at the booked time. Quotations for all other destinations (out of London) require contacting the office by email/telephone at least two hours before the journey commences.

All Airport pick ups will have a surcharge of £6.00 to include the cost of car parking and the first 40 minutes waiting from the actual landing time, thereafter you will be charged 25 pence per minute. There is no additional charge for flight delays.

All other pickups other than Airport (Residential / Business Address) waiting time are free for the first 5 minutes; thereafter 25p per minute will apply on the entire waiting time.

Fares are quoted at a flat rate. Any diversions; additional pickups or set downs by passengers will be charged a minimum of £5.00 per diversion.

All saloon and estate cars are insured for a maximum of 4 passengers. Five to Eight Seater vehicles are also available.

Child Car Seats & Booster seats/cushions are available on pre-booked journeys at the cost of £5.00 per unit per trip.

Chauffeurs from UK Airport Cars Ltd accept no responsibility for loss or damage to any luggage or property carried in their vehicles, irrespective of the manner in which the loss / damage is sustained.

Cancellation: At least 2 hours notice required before pick up time on the London area postcodes. Outer areas will be requiring 6 hours extra notice, late cancellation may be subject to a cancellation fee per journey, prices are liable to change without prior notice.

VAT is not charged on any cash payment made to individual drivers. Any other payment method made to the UK Airport cars Limited will be subject to an administrative fee.

Chauffeurs from UK Airport Limited will travel by the most convenient and expedient route unless specifically instructed to do so by their client. The UK Airport cars Ltd Chauffeurs adopt a non-smoking policy in each of their vehicles. Chauffeurs will charge a violation fee of £50.00 for non-compliance, damage or fouling of their vehicle (e.g. vomiting).

“UK Airport Cars Ltd. reserves the right to levy a surcharge of 50% on fares from the 24th December mid day to the 26th December mid night as well as from 31st December mid day to 01st January mid night.”.

UK Airport cars Limited will accept all major credit cards; will levy a surcharge of £3.00 for bookings made by credit cards.
